Orders. Every order is confirmed by email. If an item can't be fulfilled, we refund you in full and tell you why.
Shipping. Physical merch ships from the tour store; delivery estimates appear at checkout. Digital items arrive by email after payment clears.
Returns. Unworn, unwashed apparel in original condition can be returned within 30 days. Personalised items and signed limited editions are final sale — each is made or numbered for you.
Tickets. Event tickets are handled by the venue box office; door times and lineups can change, and we'll announce changes here first.
